We are learning about the members of the family. The most difficult words for the chidren to understand are

parents

grandparents

Students showed a picture they had drown two weeks ago: they said: this is my mom, this is my dad, this is my brother (if there was one), this is my dog (if there was one), this is me.

We started to study parts of the body. Children must learn irregular plurals like: 1 tooth- 2 teeth and 1 foot - 2 feet.
This is the link to a Christmas son called My two front teeth. You can click on it to watch the video and listen to the song. All they have to learn is the highlighted paragraph.

Here are the lyrics to the song:

All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth: LyricsEvery body Pauses and stares at me
These two teeth are gone as you can see
I don't know just who to blame for this catastrophe!
But my one wish on Christmas Eve is as plain as it can be!

All I want for Christmas
is my two front teeth,
my two front teeth,
see my two front teeth!

Gee, if I could only
have my two front teeth,
then I could wish you
"Merry Christmas."
It seems so long since I could say,
"Sister Susie sitting on a thistle!"
Gosh oh gee, how happy I'd be,
if I could only whistle (thhhh, thhhh)

All I want for Christmas
is my two front teeth,
my two front teeth,
see my two front teeth.

Gee, if I could only
have my two front teeth,
then I could wish you
"Merry Christmas!"
